Facial skin care. Sequence of procedures. In order of becoming: in what order to apply creams and serums

Summer is a time of rest and carelessness, but also this is a “demonstration performance” of our body and skin. It's no secret that in the summer we will wear swimsuits and shoe open shoes.

TO  Ozha should be velvet, legs should look well-groomed and be with a beautiful pedicure.

Many people prefer to do a pedicure and other cosmetic procedures in the salon. In the article we will talk about the use of cosmetic products for body and foot care at home, in order to look 5+ in the summer.

Healthy, smooth skin is what every woman wants to look great.

Unfortunately, far all the fair sex can boast of the absence of any problems. But the right skin care works wonders: if the cosmetics are selected in accordance with the individual characteristics, and all the necessary manipulations are carried out on a regular basis, the result does not take long to wait.

In addition, it is important to take into account the seasonality: face care in summer and winter is significantly different, because the skin is extremely sensitive to temperature effects, especially this factor influences when you need to choose care for dry skin.

Each type of skin requires periodic professional care, and in the winter it is most relevant.

It implies the daily use of various types of products that provide three critical steps:

Cleansing

Facial skin care always begins with this stage. This procedure can be superficial and deep. Superficial cleansing should be done daily, since a considerable amount of dust accumulates on the face per day, and for the oily and combined types, a significant amount of secretion that can clog pores is characteristic, which in turn causes rashes and other inflammation. Care involves daily cleansing, which is carried out with the help of such means as gels and facial cleansers, make-up remover milk, and lotions. All these tools are selected according to the type. In winter, the most benign remedies should be used, for example a gentle cleansing milk.

Deep cleansing  involves the use of scrubs and peels. Since the use of these products deprives the surface of the face of a natural protective layer, such care should be carried out no more than once a week. Before using these tools should steam the top layer of the epidermis over the bath with a decoction of herbs and aroma oils. Steaming provides thorough peeling of the cornified layers of the epidermis, which makes the subsequent procedure of scrubbing more effective. After scrub and peeling, it is rational to use face masks with active ingredients, since the surface of the face after deep cleansing is most susceptible to the beneficial effects of the masks, as a result of which the maximum effect is achieved.

Toning

This stage is necessary to neutralize and restore the pH balance after washing, to disinfect the surface of the epidermis and to supply antioxidants. Tonic  It also contributes to a better moisturizing of the skin, so it is applied to the face before using a moisturizer. Tonics differ in composition in accordance with the requirements for the care of different skin types and it is extremely important that the tonic is chosen correctly, otherwise you can achieve the opposite effect only by worsening the condition. Care for sensitive skin requires a particularly careful selection of means for toning, because it can react very specifically to cosmetics.

Moisturizing and nutrition

Facial care is not possible without moisturizing, regardless of the type. As you know, water is life, and moisturizers create a protective film on the surface of the epidermis and prevent the normalization of water balance. In addition to creams at this stage, you can also use special gels and masks. Nutrition is provided by special creams and masks to combat the premature aging of the skin, as nutrients increase collagen production. This stage has significant differences depending on the time of year and skin type. For dry skin with a nourishing effect, the cream is simply necessary: in the winter, nourishing cream should be applied twice a day to the owners of this type of skin, in the summer - just once, before going to bed. Facial treatment for oily and sensitive skin types also requires exposure to nutrients, especially in winter, when the skin gets a small amount of vitamins and loses a healthy look.

Facial care depending on skin type

As mentioned above, the right care for the skin of the face can only be determined with the accuracy of its type. There are five types of skin:

Normal skin

This type is characterized by the absence of pronounced problems, due to a sufficient moisture content and a moderate fatty lubricant content, therefore such problems as enlarged pores and redness occur infrequently. But regular care  skin care is still needed. This type is quite rare and its owners can be considered real luckies. Facial care is to maintain the balance given by nature. Cleansing is preferably done with lotions or soap. To maintain a healthy look, you should only regularly moisturize your skin with a low-fat cream; in the winter, you should also use protective agents against sudden changes in temperature. In the summer, it should be protected from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays with the help of SPF filters.

Combination skin

Unlike the normal type, the combo is more common. It is characterized by oily shine in the T-zone and dryness in the area around the eyes. Accordingly, different areas of the face should be treated with tools that take into account these features. Since the T-zone is often covered with acne, it is suitable for problem skin  Face scrubs should be used only in this area. Facial skin care in winter requires careful feeding of dry areas.

Oily skin

This type well perceives cleansing with the help of toilet soap and the use of alcohol-containing tonics and lotions in the summer. They have a drying effect and prevent pimples and blackheads. In winter, the fatty type has less problems, because fat is not so active. In general, this type of skin has one advantage over the others: the signs of aging appear rather late, if the correct and regular care of problematic facial skin is performed, including exfoliating peels.

Dry skin

This type is most susceptible to scaling and irritation, but the occurrence of acne and acne is not typical for it. Already at a young age, the first signs of aging can appear; therefore, regular nutrition with vitamin creams that are rich in antioxidants is extremely important, which is especially important in the fall and winter. Soap should not be used for cleansing, as it destroys sebum, which is not enough. Therefore, care for dry skin of the face, above all, is to preserve moisture and fat.

Sensitive skin

Type of skin prone to allergic reactions, irritations and rashes. Care for sensitive skin can be difficult to find, because it is rather “capricious” and not every tool perceives properly. Therefore, it is better to choose the tools specifically designed for this type. This type should be carefully protected from ultraviolet radiation year-round, and in the winter to use protective equipment. Effective is the regular use of masks with a calming effect.

Foot care products at home

We assure you that you can take care of yourself in the same way at home and get results not worse than from salon procedures.

Pedicure socks

On the market and on all sorts of sites, they have received their wide distribution, and I must say, recognition. These socks are found in different brands. Due to the incorporation of organic acids in the composition of socks, the skin begins to actively peel off. Walk in them from an hour to two, depending on the condition of your legs. Within 3-4 days, the skin begins to be actively updated. During this period, it is a little overdried, so use moisturizers.

Foot mask

These masks are made based on natural oils. Typically, the consistency they resemble whipped cream, which quickly melt on the skin, turning into butter. After that, put on the usual cloth socks and sleep in them. When you feed the skin with such fat masks or creams, it peels off almost unnoticed.

Socks with silicone lining

And also you can buy special socks with gel lining on the heel. The base is impregnated with oils. They can be used many times (approximately 50 applications). They will help moisturize the skin of the legs.

It is also important to realize that the appearance of the skin is influenced not only by carefully selected care (although this is already 90% of success), but also by the way of life: lack of stress, healthy food, the absence of bad habits, drinking enough water and vitamins (especially in winter!). If all these conditions are met on a regular basis, the result will not keep you waiting and the skin will certainly please with a healthy glow.

Anti-cellulite creams, serums and shower gels

For skin tone

In the summer it is especially important to take care of the skin of the body. Under the influence of the sun, dry wind and sea water, it dehydrates and peels off. Take care that you have a moisturizer at hand to maintain skin hydration at a certain level.

It is better to postpone fatty and nutritious creams and mousses for the body - do not overload the skin. A single word needs to be said about anti-cellulite care. It is desirable to start in February.

Use anti-cellulite creams, serums and shower gels that tighten the skin and return it to smoothness. Shower gels are cooling and invigorating, and creams are warming your skin.

Anti-cellulite cream is aimed at improving skin turgor. But the main bet on these funds is not worth doing, since they “work” together with physical exertion  and proper nutrition.

What components are effective?  Extracts of capsicum, green coffee beans, and ginger stimulate the breakdown of fat and prevent its deposition. Apply these creams on steamed skin and the effect will be prolonged. The body is sweating and excess fluid is excreted from the cells. Cocoa butter based creams are excellent   struggling with stretch marks  and moisturize dry skin.

Body Scrubs

Scrubs apply throughout the year. But with the onset of spring care should be carefully. If you want to cheer up, we recommend using it in the morning. citrus and sea buckthorn scrub. Honey Scrub  deeply cleanses the skin from the horny particles, nourishing it. Salt scrub perfectly exfoliates the skin and after its application there is no greasy film on the body. BUT coffee scrub  generally "hit" the Internet.

Brush massage

With a soft bristled brush, you can do a dry massage before taking a shower. It warms the body and accelerates the lymph. Massaging problem areas of the hips, abdomen and buttocks with circular movements. This massage causes blood to flow to the skin. Then take a shower and apply anti-cellulite agent. After such a massage, the creams “work” much better. Feet massaged from the bottom up towards the heart. And also there are brushes with special “fingers” that make the massage even more effective. Choose brushes with a soft and natural bristle if you have sensitive skin.

Hand massage

Who does not like dry massage with a brush can simply massage the problem areas with his hands. It will be much more effective with the use of massage oil. What kind of oil will come here by the way? Massage oil pomegranate, avocado, almond oil, grape seedmacadamia and jojoba. With this oil is especially nice to do a massage. In addition, it will saturate the skin with beneficial substances. It is preferable if it will solve several problems simultaneously and quickly absorbed into the body.

Develop a schedule for body care. Today you do some procedures, others tomorrow. Do not be afraid to discover something new for yourself! And also indulge yourself with trips to the spa, at least sometimes. The body will thank you with freshness, rested and taut look. I wish you health and beauty!

Daily skin care procedures do not take much time - only 5-10 minutes in the morning and in the evening, but the result will be noticeable. Full program proper care  The skin of the face consists of four main stages: cleansing, toning, moisturizing and nutrition. Due to the differences of different skin types, the peculiarities of their care are taken into account and appropriate cosmetics are used.

Features of care for dry skin

Dry skin has a small amount of sebaceous glands and a thin subcutaneous fat layer. Externally, it looks dull, translucent, smooth and delicate. At a young age, she looks perfect; acne and acne do not spill on her. But such skin is thin and sensitive to adverse effects that cause redness and irritation. She is prone to flaking, badly tolerates soap and many cosmetics, reacts to the quality of water. With inadequate care, it quickly loses its elasticity, wrinkles form early on it.

Dry skin increases with age, due to dehydration of the skin. Very dry mature skin becomes even thinner, dehydrated and covered fine wrinkles. Features of dryness with age and acquires the skin of other types. Dry skin needs constant protection from drying out and from harmful influences. The peculiarity of care is a gentle approach: you can not use exfoliating masks, scrubs and peels, alcohol-containing lotions and hardening masks. It is not recommended to apply non-fat gels.

Moisturizing the skin should be regular and abundant, not forgetting about nutrition. If peeling, redness or a feeling of tightness has occurred, you should use D-Panthenol ointment instead of night cream. Soak the skin will help decoction of chamomile or linden, as well as jojoba oil or almond in the form of compresses.

The sequence of skin care with dry type:

In the morning, just rinse your face with warm water or a special cleansing lotion, then apply a day cream. Day cream should have a light texture, be sure to contain filters that protect from the sun, oils and moisturizing ingredients. In the evening, you need to wash with tepid water using cleansing milk. After washing, wipe the face with a cotton swab moistened with a soothing lotion for dry skin. Next put night creamrich in fats and moisturizers (liposomes and ceramides). If the skin is dehydrated, you can also apply a moisturizer under the cream. After visiting the sauna, gym or swimming pool, it is recommended to make a nourishing or moisturizing mask.

Features of care for oily skin

Oily skin has noticeable pores and oily shine, which is why it looks like an orange peel. It has a tendency to the formation of acne and acne, poor blood supply. Excess sebum protects against wrinkles. By mature age, the greasiness of the skin decreases, and it becomes combined. The goal of care is to correct visible defects and prevent the formation of acne and blackheads.

The sequence of facial skin care with oily type:

Facial skin care in the morning is different from the previous type - for oily skin in the morning, you need to wash with cleansers (gel, cream or cosmetic soap). Then apply a moisturizing day cream for oily skin, and in summer - a hydrogel. You can use mineral powder for matting effect.

In the evening, you need to thoroughly cleanse the skin, because with oily skin, cleansing becomes the main procedure that prevents the appearance of acne and black spots. To refresh and disinfect you can, after washing, wipe your skin with an alcohol-containing lotion, then apply a night cream for oily skin. To combat increased keratinization and fat, which provoke inflammation, the skin is treated once or twice a week with scrubs or cleansing masks. With the appearance of acne and acne, you should immediately begin treatment.

Features of care for combination skin

Combined or mixed skin is different in that in some areas it is oily, while in others it is normal or dry. Usually, the nose, chin and forehead (T-zone) are fat, with large pores and oily sheen visible on them. Combination skin is very common in young people, while good care  over the years can become normal. Use a variety of means for the skin on different areas: reducing greasiness and narrowing the pores in the T-zone, moisturizing and softening on dry areas. Blended leather also needs protection from the sun, heat and cold wind.

The sequence of skin care for a mixed type:

In the morning, rinse your face with cool or lukewarm water, areas of the T-zone are treated with a cleansing cream and washed off, then rub your face with tonic lotion. Apply day cream for mixed skin, and - more abundant on dry areas. In the evening, the face is cleansed with milk, gel or cream and rinsed with warm water. Wipe the face with tonic or toilet water, the T-zone can be additionally wiped with alcohol-containing lotion.

In conclusion, apply a moisturizer (preferably liquid cream or emulsion) for normal (or dry) skin on areas other than the T-zone. Deep cleaning of the skin with scrubs or cleansing masks is done 1-2 times a week, carefully applying (or not applying) on dry areas. Nourishing masks  1-2 times a week will help improve the structure of the skin and give it a fresh look.

Features of care for normal skin

The peculiarity is that it is the simplest, which includes the most common hygiene proceduresto keep your skin healthy and youthful as long as possible. Only two procedures are necessary for leaving: cleaning and protection against external influences. In order not to overdry, it is better not to use alcohol-containing lotions, soap, do not expose to strong solar radiation.

The sequence of facial skin care with a normal type:

In the morning, wash with softened water at room temperature or cool, using means to cleanse normal skin (cream, gel, milk). Then wipe the skin with a neutral lotion and apply a protective day cream with a filter for normal skin or lightly powder it if the weather is mild. In the evening, remove makeup, wipe your face with milk and rinse with water. You can apply moist liquid for normal skin overnight. Once a week (or less) it is useful to use masks, clean the skin with a steam bath or a scrub.

Every day, our skin requires a certain consistent care. In the morning we wash our face, tone up the skin and apply day cream. Only after that we make makeup hair, dress.

During the day, you can fix the makeup or even wash it off (especially powder or cream powder).

In the evening we wash again, but then we need to take a little care of ourselves: apply a nourishing cream, mask, sometimes apply additional ways  skin cleansing - scrubs and peels.

In addition, once or twice a week, we provide “full service”, that is, we try to apply not only everyday, but also additional care products. Even better, it will be a comprehensive program, when we completely put in order the body, face, hair, nails.

Although the talk is about skin, hair, lips, teeth, nails also require everyday care. We will describe them separately, because our book is not a cosmetic calendar. We want to teach you how to take care of yourself, and you yourself will find a way to combine facial care, for example, lip care. Many procedures, as we have said, can be carried out together. Once a week, for example, you can visit a sauna, a bath, or at least relax in your own bathroom and give yourself attention literally “from head to toe,” especially since after such cleansing most procedures are just the most effective. But we will start with skin care, that is, from the very beginning - with its cleansing.

CLEANING

Skin care begins with washing. Most people wash with water. Is it correct? True or not, the absolute majority are washed with tap water. Previously advised to wash with snow or rainwater, but in our environment we can doubt the correctness of this. And where to get such water in a big city?

Of course, if you have a water filter, this is not bad. Many people install filters in their own apartment, and this is good not only in terms of eating it. Purified from impurities water is useful for the skin. And if you boil it, you ask. Boiled or distilled water is devoid of oxygen dissolved in it, as well as a set of trace elements. Washing with distilled water “washes” these trace elements out of the skin. So washing with boiled or distilled water is not a good idea. You can wash with mineral water. Many cosmetologists advise this, and some disagree. But agree, it is better to wash with mineral water than with water saturated with chlorine and various impurities that are harmful to health.

What temperature is better to wash with water? Cold water, although it tones up, but constricts blood vessels, impoverishes the nourishment of the skin and dries it, makes it less elastic. Hot water, well washing away excess fat from skin, also drains skin. This leads to the expansion of the superficial blood vessels, as a result of which a vascular grid may appear. In addition, the constant use of hot water causes premature aging of the skin.

Contrasting washing is recommended, and you can even wipe the skin with pieces of ice after washing with warm water. However, contrasting procedures, their intensity and temperature range depend on your skin. Dry skin may suffer from too hard contrasting procedures.

You can wash infusions and decoctions of herbs. They are prepared in advance, must be filtered and stored for a short time - up to three days. Apply the plants themselves. Using chamomile, you can easily and quickly cleanse the face (with normal or oily skin). In a glass of boiling water put two or three teaspoons of dried chamomile, close the lid and let it brew. When the temperature of the infusion becomes tolerant to the skin, take a piece of gauze, fold in four, put the steamed chamomile into the resulting envelope and wipe the face with the swab. Pay special attention to those areas where there is the most fat. Wash off the mask with warm water and apply a light cream on your face.

Many advise to wash with special means to clean the skin. However, the unequivocal benefit of this is doubtful, since the skin does not receive a true cleansing without water. Water is not only a cleansing fluid, but also a source of the very moisture, the lack of which ages the skin, makes it coarse and reduces elasticity. After all, the skin receives water not only from the inside, but also from the outside.

You can add substances to the water that will not only make cleansing more effective, but also help to improve the skin: various broths  and infusions. You can add juices, such as cucumber, apple, or even pickle sauerkraut. Such washing is invaluable for oily skin. The concentration of the solution itself can be adjusted - it depends on your sensations and skin sensitivity.

The old advice is to wash with milk or whey - in general, good, but what about the smell of yogurt? Such washing is good when you can wash off the milk with water after a while.

Honey water - good remedy  for washing. Just one teaspoon of honey per 1 liter of water - and you wake up with velvety skin. And do not be afraid that the skin will become sticky - honey is absorbed without residue. Is that left a light aroma.

Oat bran decoction, rice decoction - it is also an excellent means of cleansing the skin.

But after all we not only wash, we take a shower and a bath, we go to a bath. For a face and a body also for a long time nobody uses usual soap. Now they use shower gels, creams, gels, mousses and other products that cleanse and improve the structure of the skin.

DETERGENTS

In the old manner, we wash and often wash our face with soap. Chemically, soap is an alkali, so it destroys the surface water-fat layer of the skin, which has an acid reaction, and the skin dries out quickly. Naturally, the sebaceous glands are trying to restore it, and the skin quickly becomes oily, but the upper layer is still destroyed by the action of soap. Sensitive skin deteriorates especially quickly, but normal skin with frequent use of hard soap quickly becomes oily and flaky.

To avoid such troubles, special substances are often added to neutralize soap in a good toilet soap. boric acidthymol. This is how baby soap is made.

These are not the only additives with which soap is saturated. There are various tools that are designed to enhance the antibacterial and disinfectant properties of soap.

Soap in the range offered to us today contains cream, cosmetic, emollient and bioactive additives, and their list is constantly growing. Especially popular soap with algae. It is believed that it has anti-cellulite properties and promotes weight loss.

The consistency of the soap is solid and liquid. Liquid soap - this is exactly the same soap as solid, but presented in the form of an alcohol-injected solution.

How to distinguish good soap:

¦ the more fat and coconut oil, the better the soap and more foam;

¦ moisturizing additives significantly improve the quality of soap. The modern industry produces various types of soaps with creams and balms, herbal extracts and deodorizing additives;

¦ good soap can not be stored for a long time;

¦ Soap should not smell rancid oil. Such soap is considered unfit for consumption;

¦ in perfume injected and various perfume additives. They smell nice, of course, but in no way reflect the quality of the soap;

¦ In some cases, these aromatic additives can irritate sensitive skin and even provoke allergic reactions. In addition, the strong smell of soap may not be combined with the smell of your perfume. The most expensive varieties of soap known cosmetic companies do not contain odor.

You can try to cook the soap and yourself. In the old books on home economics are many recipes for the preparation of such soap. Here is one of them:

500 g of powder diluted a small amount  boiling water and melt in a water bath. When the powder turns into a jelly-like mass, add 25 g of glycerin, 15 g of castor oil to it, several drops of any aromatic oil. Cook the mass, stirring, 5-10 minutes. After that, the mass is poured into molds. Instead of aromatic oils, you can add honey, milk. By the way, soap with milk and honey is an excellent cosmetic. For more mitigation, you can add a little soda or boric acid.

A soap to wash the face is absolutely contraindicated. Soap, in any case, the usual, not as well cleanses the skin, as is commonly believed. Alkalis form insoluble film-like substances with sebum that prevent the skin from being cleansed and clog the skin. Soap dries up and requires, immediately after its use, application of nourishing cream to the skin. Today, commercially available cosmetic cream soap, which contains nutrients, it has less alkali.

Facial Wash -   popular tools and very suitable for washing. Your goal - to choose the right foam for washing. It should fit your skin type and its features. Aloe foams improve the complexion and promote regeneration, skins with tea tree oil are suitable for teenage skin, and oatmeal foam is suitable for oily and at the same time sensitive skin. A variety of foams is huge, and their application - the best way  washing and cleansing the skin.

Thanks to surface-active substances (surfactants), which help to cleanse the skin more deeply and with less loss, after two or three weeks of applying facial cleansers you will not find black pores on the face, especially on the chin and on the nose, which bother many.

Creams - These are emulsions that are prepared on the basis of soft cosmetic vegetable oils. Beeswax, lanolin, glycerin and water are added to them. They are well cleaned, soften, whiten and have other cosmetic properties. Emulsifiers, aromatic substances, vitamins and various additives in the form of extracts from medicinal herbs. Usually creams are used for the face, but there are body creams, they perfectly cleanse the skin and at the same time moisturize it and prevent desiccation.

Milk - liquid cream - suitable for the care of normal skin of the body (sometimes it is called cream-lotion). Milk is a liquid milky emulsion with high content  water and a certain percentage (usually 4–5) of fats. Milk is made on the basis of stearin with the addition of various skin care products. It absorbs into the skin faster than regular cream, does not stick, does not leave a greasy luster. Body Milk is available in several varieties: for dry, sensitive or normal skin.

Shower gels - It is a gelatinous agent, which is created on a water basis. They have the least concentrated composition and are absolutely indispensable in the summer, in extreme heat. The gels contain the greatest amount of nutrients and moisturizers, the least amount of fats and soaps. Some gels do not contain soap at all. Cleansing gels do not disturb the natural balance of the skin. The presence of alkali as a detergent component is softened by acidic additives like citric acid, which also has a bleaching effect.

The main thing that should be guided when choosing a detergent - it features your skin and its condition. On the package with the gel, you can usually find a detailed annotation on its use. There are gels of various purposes: with more or less cream content, with additional moisturizing, with the effect of additional purification, with antibacterial action.

The smell of the flavor, which is contained in the gel, is a matter of your taste. Extracts of various herbs, if they are part of the gel, have a good effect depending on the medicinal and cosmetic properties of these plants. Various vegetable oils, such as cocoa butter, tea tree, palm, soybean, peach, have an additional moisturizing effect.

Flavored gels and soaps, if you like their smell, it is better to choose those that will be in harmony with the smell of your perfume. To avoid allergic reactions, you should be careful about each new smell that you want to use. If there are no negative changes on the part of the skin within 28–30 days, it means that this remedy can be used. With a tendency to different allergic reactions  should use detergents  without smell.

Scrubs and peels - means for more intensive cleaning. They contain substances and particles that both mechanically and chemically contribute to the desquamation of the upper layer of the epidermis. However, they can not be used every day. These funds are used either once or twice a week, or by courses. The use of scrubs allows for deep cleansing of the skin from dead particles, helps to stimulate blood circulation, improves the complexion. Regular use of scrub prevents acne. For dry skin, it is recommended to apply the scrub no more than once every 7-10 days, and for oily skin the procedure can be carried out once or twice a week. In our opinion, the best scrubs are peach-based scrubs.

We will tell you more about scrubs later, but for now let's just add that the use of cream after scrub is necessary.

Toning

After cleansing, the skin needs to be toned, especially if hot water or cleansing masks were used. The pores should narrow, the skin should calm down a bit, and blood circulation should return to normal. There are ready tonics. If it is selected according to your skin type, then, of course, its use will improve the skin. Many tonics contain alcohol, and this is bad for dry skin. Modern tonics are alcohol-free, with the exception of tonics for oily and problem skin affected by acne.

But it is quite possible to replace tonic with cool clear or mineral water, especially with such herbs as mint and lemon balm, as well as with lemon or orange. It can be cubes of frozen decoctions of herbs that wipe the face. In homemade tonic, you can add a drop of vitamins C, A and E, aloe or chamomile extract.

What homemade tonic can be called the most effective?

Parsley tonic.   Chop greens and parsley root, add boiling water and leave for 2 hours. For 1 liter of water, take three tablespoons of parsley. Perfect whitening, toning and removing swelling and irritation remedy for any skin.

Tonic of linden flowers and honey.   Infusion of linden flowers (one tablespoon per glass of water) strain and add one teaspoon of honey. Suitable for fading, pale and dry skin.

Tonic for oily skin.   Mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of pickled sauerkraut or one teaspoon of lemon juice. Pour a glass of water.

Birch juice tonic.   A glass of natural birch sap mixed with one tablespoon of honey. If you have oily skin, you can add a little (a few drops) of alcohol.

Aloe Tonic   Cut off the aloe, put it in a dark cool place for two or three days, then squeeze the juice. Dilute it with water and add a few drops of lemon juice. For one glass of water, take 50 g of aloe.

Chamomile and mint tonic.   Strained and cooled extract of chamomile and mint is suitable for any skin.

A WARNING:   you need to be careful if you have sensitive skin - fresh mint infusion can cause irritation. In this case, it must be replaced with a few drops of menthol.

MOISTURE, PROTECTION AND POWER SUPPLY

These procedures can already be completely attributed to cosmetic. They require some knowledge and understanding of what, when, why and how to do it.

Nutrition -   mandatory procedure. In order to give the skin what it lacks, there are two types of cosmetics: nourishing creams and masks. They are applied during skin care in the evening, as part of special care after bath procedures. Nourishing creams  and the masks are removed from the skin after use.

Moisturizing and protection - this is what your skin needs throughout the day. Moisturizing is one of the most important and necessary facial skin care procedures. Moisturizing can be by itself or combined with nutrition. Moisturizers - most often day creams. They are devoid of shine, suitable as a basis for makeup. On the application of moisturizers, many people know only that. However, not everyone knows that in the winter moisturizing day creams do not apply. Negative temperatures freeze water, both normal and that which is contained in a moisturizing cream. You ruin your skin and grow old if you use moisturizers in the winter.

Day cream with a moisturizing effect makes the skin more elastic and resilient, but only at normal temperature. In addition, a properly selected cream protects the skin from the harmful effects of the environment and is ideal as a foundation for makeup.

So, moisturizing is a summer procedure. Moisturize the skin and should be in the winter, but to go out with a moisturizer can not. For this there are special protective creams, they are designed to protect the skin. There are creams that protect the skin from exposure to cold and wind. Such creams are applied before going outside in the winter, in windy and rainy weather.

For summer protection apply, in addition to moisturizers, creams with UV-fillers. They protect against the effects of ultraviolet radiation, which in the summer dries the skin and accelerates its aging.

Thus, skin care depends not only on its type, but also on the season, the weather and what kind of activity you are doing.

EVENING CARE

Cleansing.   In the evening, facial cleansing should be especially thorough.

Daily cosmetics you no longer need. Good mascara and lipstick is not so easy to remove with water and even with soap and water. You will do the right thing if you do not soap your eyes, and remove makeup with a suitable makeup remover. Cosmetics industry offers such a great variety: cream for removing makeup, milk, make-up remover and more. But there will not be much harm, or rather, it will be even more useful and easier if you use olive or other vegetable oil or even sour cream.

Skin cleansing

After that, of course, you need to wash with facial wash or cosmetic soap. And only if the skin is very dry, you can not use soap. But milk is necessary - because dry skin needs to be cleaned. And if the skin with acne, oily or just for prevention, sometimes you can use a scrub. Steam baths and hot compresses can also be used once a week or, as we said, from time to time, in courses of 10-14 days.

And then comes the time of nourishing the skin. This moment of grace cannot be missed. The skin after the steam bath and the subsequent rinsing with water is still wet, it is ready to absorb all the nutrients you apply to it with maximum effect.

In each cosmetic  - its ingredients, and their interaction can lead to unexpected and unpleasant consequences if you put them in the wrong sequence. Check yourself!

1. Makeup Remover

Always: first remove the makeup, then wash your face, and never - on the contrary!

2. Foam or gel for washing

When you are convinced that you have completely removed makeup, wash your face with a special cleanser to finally get rid of all impurities and - attention - remnants of makeup remover.

3. Tonic

Better - with exfoliating effect, to further clean the skin of dead skin cells. But in any case, it is the tonic that will restore the pH balance of the skin and prepare it for the application of the cream.

4. Special means

Right now, at this stage, it is time to apply acne acne treatment, anti-aging concentrate and any other products with a special effect.

5. Moisturizer

When the serum or concentrate has been absorbed (or if this stage was irrelevant for you at all), apply a moisturizing cream with patting movements from the center to the periphery, from the bottom up.

6. Sunscreen with chemical filter

Even in winter, even at night, even if you plan to sit indoors all day. Solar radiation is invisible and can bounce off surfaces, so never neglect cream with an SPF factor. Even if your decorative cosmetics contains it. The only exception is if you are allergic, then stop at item 9 in more detail.

7. Eye cream

Surprised? However, eye cream does not apply simultaneously with face cream. Because not everyone needs it. If at this moment the skin around the eyes is tightened and feels discomfort - apply. If not - most likely, your skin has enough moisture and so.

8. Face oil

Not everyone uses it, but if you are among the chosen ones, apply oil as the final step of moisturizing the skin to form a barrier that protects it from moisture loss.

9. Mineral Sanskrin

For allergic people, mineral sanskrin is better suited, which, unlike chemical, is applied after all moisturizing products. The rest of the rules are the same: always, everywhere.

10. Foundation

Finally, go to the makeup: if you use the tonal framework, now is her time!
